Follow-up: A Video example of (Most of what you think is a lie.)

To follow up from my post yesterday, I remembered this YouTube video that I saw not too long ago.  It's such a perfect example (though a joke... I hope) of how our stories can poison our present experience:

Now, of course, this is a dramatization, but I'm sure you can think of at least a few examples where you've seen someone react to the stories in their head.  Take a moment and think of at least one time where YOU were guilty of this... Or share (below) a time when you realized you were reacting to your stories and stopped yourself!
