2 cups coconut milk beverage or diluted coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup oats (dry oatmeal)
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 handful spinach
1 generous pinch of sea salt
OPTIONAL:
2 scoops Standard Process Whey Pro Complete
2 scoops Standard Process SP Complete
Put all ingredients in your Vitamix and blend. Yum!
