Real Food Recipe; Dessert Edition: Chocolate Chia Pudding

This makes one serving but it's easy enough to make as many servings as you want.

In a small ramekin, combine

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1 Tbsp maple syrup (more or less depending on your preference)

Then fill to top with Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk Beverage.

Let sit for 20 minutes and dig in!  If you prefer vanilla to chocolate, you can substitute 1 tsp vanilla extract for the cacao powder.
